Hi, I am a new customer and I’ll let you know my experiences so far with Diathrive products, their customer service and shipping speed. I am using the 12 dollar a month package plan and am very pleased with the quality of the products inside my initial kit. The meter is well made and accurate. The lancets and test strips along with the lancing device are easy to use and having the control solution allows me to make sure everything is functioning properly. Their customer service staff is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Being able to chat instantly with exceptionally well knowledgeable people who can answer and solve your questions immediately has been a great asset to your Company. They have addressed all my concerns when I’ve contacted them and treated me with respect. I truly can’t say enough about your staff. Last but not least is shipping. Who doesn’t love free shipping, and I’m not talking about 6-10 day shipping. I have received my orders every time between 2-3 days all well packaged. I always receive an email with tracking information soon after I order. Thanks Diathrive for your quality products, out of this world customer service staff and exceptional shipping department.
