I recently went into this location for a service on my vehicle. I met the owner/manager Lyndsay Ashby and explained the issue I was having. She was very friendly and explained what needed to be done in a way I could understand. I had my service done quickly and for a great price too as well as outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this auto centre.

I had a flat tire that was irreparable and Lyndsay did her best to remedy the situation. She quoted me a price for the replacement tire (which was cheaper than what I originally paid) and she had to order it with an overnight delivery. To my surprise, when I went to pick it up the next day, she charged me an even lower price than what she quoted. I would highly recommend this Active Green and Ross location to everyone, it's the kind of friendly service that is lacking in the car maintenance industry.

Great customer service. These guys are alwalys helpful and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I won't go back to any other shop anymore. Thumbs up!!!!

Quick and honest service. I have gone here for the past two years. Oil changes are pretty cheap and come with a battery test and inspection.

Visited Dec 30, 2017 - Incredible customer service at this location! You can really tell the new management (The amazing Lyndsay and Chris) thrives on great customer interaction! These days when there are a dime a dozen places we can go, I really appreciate the customer service and mental drive to keep their customers happy (not to mention the fair price for my oil change)! I will be ONLY going to this location from now on. STAY FAR AWAY from the 186 The Queensway location down the street where the guy on the phone tried to rip me off by telling me I had to get an oil change that would have cost 70$ because my 2009 Civic requires some kind of special oil for it... Which it ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT because for the last 8 years of me owning my Civic, even the Honda Dealership has never charged me that kind of price... and even when I explained this, the guy didn't want to hear any of it.

Great service! These guys are friendly, professional and know they're stuff.
