I’ve never been one to have any loyalty to one place, I figured all these businesses were similar. It wasn’t until getting some work done here, and speaking with several of their staff, that I noticed this place has a special energy to it. Everyone seems to enjoy their job, and actually have geniune personalities. It wasn’t the same dull scene I had expected & will now only drop by here in the future.

Got to our car on Wednesday after work and noticed a screw in one of our tires. Called a few places on the way home as we wanted to get it looked at ASAP since we were going away. Two other places said they couldn't see us until next week but we could at least drop the car off in the morning and they may get to it. I called Active Green + Ross and they said bring it in and we will get it sorted. We were there in less than 5 minutes. They took the car in, checked it out and confirmed the screw had not caused a puncture. Put the wheel back on and thanked us for the opportunity to work on the car. No charge. Incredible customer service. We will definitely be back. They saved our long weekend plans and we had enough time to get our kids to baseball that night! Thanks for all the help!

Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Had a noise I was worried about on my car, they tried to help first over the phone, and managed to fit me in right away, even though it was less than an hour until they closed. Great experience.
