never will I visit a different shop other than active green and Ross, very good pricing, friendly staff and fast and proper work done to the cars take your car for repairs to this location It Just Makes Sense

Great service, had my brakes done 2 weeks ago. Everything was done in a timely manner (faster than I expected), and was affordable compared to a lot of the other shops that try to push unnecessary repairs. Thanks AGR!!!

I came in for an oil change and during the inspection of the rest of the car, they found that my rear brake caliper was leaking and that my brake fluid was near empty. If I were to drive on it much longer, my brakes would have failed. I figured I was going to have to pay a lot to fix it, but after speaking with Paul, we realized that this still might be covered under my factory warrenty since I was still under 100 000km. He called up the Kia dealership in Burlington, explained to them everything that was going on, set up an appointment the very next morning and topped up my brake fluid so I could drive to the dealership. For all of this he charged me just for the oil change, which was discounted as well, and everything else was free. Due to their professionalism, honesty and being genuine good people, I was able to get my brakes fixed for free. They didn't have to do any of this, but they fact that they did means I will continue to bring my business here for the foreseeable future.

They always do good work at a fair price. They clearly communicate any issues and have you okay the work before it gets done. Plus the tires are a great value. I'm sure you could find a cheaper place to do the work, but cheaper rarely is better.
