I have been very pleased with the service provided at the Main St W AGreen & Ross. Every one there works hard to maintain high standards of service and consistent quality which I appreciate very much. Special thanks to Chris who went literally the extra mile to help me solve my car problem. I recommend this center for any tire work, oil change and maintenance work. In addition, they take special care of the people working at McMaster across the street, such as my self. This is a community business that definitely deserves our support!

After three weeks of frustrating recurring tire pressure loss in one of my tires that two dealerships could not figure out what the issue was, decided it was time to have tire experts take a look. Glad I selected this Active Green+Ross location as Chris and his team were nothing but fantastic. Very much appreciate Chris's integrity and honesty. They quickly diagnosed the issue (apparently not completely uncommon) and repaired it very cost effectively. Something the big dealerships could not fix and would have charged an arm and a leg for. Thanks Chris and his team!!!

First met Chris Tassone at the Upper James location and started with an oil change in 2012 and that turned into a great service experience, followed him to their Fennell location and now I'm taking my third vehicle since knowing him to this location on Main. Great service, great staff, great workmanship and every vehicle I own will only be serviced with Chris Tassone at Active Green & Ross.

I was travelling from Toronto to Dundas to see my parents and I blew a tire a block away from Green and Ross I went in and there was a young gentleman named Chris who was amazing They were very busy and he went above and beyond to help me. My tire was shot so he put my donut tire on for me and then called around to try to find me a tire as he didn't have one the size I needed He was so friendly and helpful I was in and out of there in 20 minutes with an appt the next day Sunday at Green and Ross in Burlington Thank you Chris whenever I'm in town here if I ever need anything done to my car I will definitely come back to your shop!!
