Chris is amazing, adding to my original review as I needed to return to get some new tires for a different vehicle. The customer service at this location is superb, Chris and his crew went above and beyond to help service our vehicle. Not only where they less staff but they completed a task which was almost impossible. Truely greatful for them going out of their way. If only I could give a higher rating! Thanks guys, recommendations coming your way.

Good and quick service

These guys treat my girlfriend and I extremely well and are always fair with prices and fantastic with how prompt their service is.

This place is fantastic! They are really friendly and the service is top notch. They go out of their way to help you out. I highly recommend this Active Green and Ross location. Even when they are obviously super busy, they remain friendly and helpful to the customers.

Called and spoke with Tom. He was able to provide me with the same day appointment on my car as it needed breaks. Once I got to the shop he was ready at the set time and immediately pulled my car in while I made myself a coffee During the inspection he brought me next to my car to show me all 4 wheels and breaks and the condition they were in. Provided me visual and verbal details of what he and his team were going to do and in about 1.5hrs I was on my way with new breaks! Staff at this location did not try to sell me anything else, did not push me for an oil change or filters. I did see them check my oil dip stick (had my oil changed about 2 months ago from the dealership). Overall I'm very impressed with the efficiency and service of this active green and Ross location.
